Wholesale Terms and Agreement

We are a small business. We don't have the capacity to service large wholesale accounts at the level of service we are known for. We do not offer drop shipping.

For small Wholesale Reseller Inquiries,  send us an email to info@islandthymesoap.com to set up your account. 

A tax identification and or resale permit number is required to be held on file for all wholesale customers.

Once your account is established, you will be able to access wholesale prices. Be sure to add info@islandthymesoap to your address book.

 *Retail prices are subject to change with a thirty (30) day written notice.

MINIMUM ORDER, PRICING & DISCOUNT INFORMATION:

A minimum of 4 weeks lead time is necessary for your initial order.

Order Minimums.

Initial Order Minimum

$200 = 40% Discount on retail pricing

For soaps will hand painted tops:

$7.50 per bar - 9 bar (one batch) min.  Min 4 batches = $270 initial order min. Shipping not included.

These bars can easily retail for $12.

Subsequent Order Minimum

$150 = 40% Discount on retail pricing

For soaps will hand painted tops:

$7.50 per bar - 9 bar (one batch) min.  Min 2 batches = $135 subsequent orders

These bars can easily retail for $12. 

PAYMENT: Payment at the time the order is placed is required. Shipping charges will be invoiced separately at the time of shipping.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Major Credit Cards through Shop Pay
  • Paypal or Google Pay
  • Checks (order will be held until cleared w/bank)

A credit card number is required to be held on file for all wholesale customers who need credit terms.
