Wholesale Terms and Agreement

Wholesale inquiries should be sent to us at info@islandthymesoap.com or call us at 1-866-314-7627 to set up your account.

Please do not use the retail shopping cart to place a wholesale order.

A tax identification and or resale permit number is required to be held on file for all wholesale customers.

PAYMENT:

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Major Credit Cards through Shopify Payments
  • Paypal
  • Checks (order will be held until cleared w/bank)
  • VISA or Master Card for Phone Orders (credit card orders will be charged a 3.5% processing fee) Payment is due at time of order unless credit terms are established.

A credit card number is required to be held on file for all wholesale customers who need credit terms.

Credit references must be provided and verified if net terms are to be established. If net payment is more than 15 days overdue Eco-Musings reserves the right to charge the credit card that is held on file. Orders may be placed via email or by phone or client's custom wholesale product page. RETURNS/REFUNDS: This policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eco Musings cannot provide refunds or exchanges for bar soap. While our bar soap is made with premium ingredients and contain no detergents, preservatives, petroleum products, SLS, phthalates or parabens, some individuals may have sensitivities to certain fragrances, essential oils, or nut oils. Be sure to read the ingredients listed under each soap prior to placing an order.

For other items such as wax melts, ornaments, grooming and or shaving accessories or gift items to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

*Retail prices are subject to change with a thirty (30) day written notice.

MINIMUM ORDER, PRICING & DISCOUNT INFORMATION:

A minimum of 4 weeks lead time is necessary for your initial order.  Payment for the initial order is due no later than 5 business days from expected delivery.

Initial order minimums and wholesale pricing:

$200 = 45% Discount on retail pricing*

$350 = 50% Discount on retail pricing

$400 = 50% Discount on retail pricing includes merchandising/display.*

*Large bars only. Merchandising/display will include 4 - 1 quart glass apothecary jars, 4- small chalkboard signs denoting the scent and net wt per bar.  1 Chalkboard style merchandising sign.

Subsequent order minimums:

Subsequent orders be delivered within 3-7 days of placement in most cases.

$100 = 40% Discount on retail pricing

$150 = 45% Discount on retail pricing

$200 = 50% Discount on retail pricing

Returns/Refunds: (if applicable)

Products are handcrafted by Island Thyme Soap Company.  As such, there may be variations in design and color from batch to batch.  However, fragrance(s) selected and external packaging will remain unchanged unless both parties agree to a change.

Island Thyme Soap Company may be forced to discontinue fragrances from time to time based on suppliers discontinuing or significantly raising the price of that scent.  In the event that happens we will work with you to find a suitable replacement.

This wholesale agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days notice.
