The Difference is the Coconuts

Coconut milk soap

Some soap makers use distilled or purified water. Some use goat milk, we use coconut milk! We chose to use coconut milk for the hydrolysis process because it contains a good concentration of lauric acid, a medium chain fatty acid that's an extremely gentle natural surfactant; foaming agent. When saponified during the soap making process, coconut milk creates a natural foam attribute for the lather! Coconut milk is also high in sugar, and sugar is good for making bubbles! It's a marriage made in soap making heaven!

Our soap recipe is formulated to gently clean without stripping the skin's natural protective barrier. It's safe for most skin types, including sensitive skin. Coconut and apricot wax candles.
