Colleen Ewart is best known for incorporating color into her metal and wire wrapped jewelry, whether it be bright artisan glass beads, sparkling gemstones or glossy torch fired enamels that she fires in her studio. Through years of practice, she has perfected a fine balance of design and unique style in her work. With two generations of family artisans inspiring and encouraging her, Colleen’s creative process has flourished. Living less than a mile from the shoreline, Florida’s Suncoast provides constant inspiration for her work. Currently She owns and operates Island Cove Beads & Gallery in Indian Rocks Beach, a bead shop and Gallery showcasing 50 local artists.
Evelyn Wesel, Founder of Recover T, Inc. in Tampa was founded upon second chances. They upcycle unwanted clothing, turning it into uplifting jewelry to inspire your wardrobe. It’s all made possible by women who are in their journey of recovery, Recover T provides a safe and encouraging environment for women who are dipping their toes back into this beautiful thing called life.
Vicki Hawhee of Indian Rocks Beach has been an avid crafter most of her life. For the past 20+ years her passion has been paper crafting. She loves to use special techniques on her projects and has been teaching paper crafting classes for many years as well as making special orders for all things weddings (save the date cards, menus, invitations, thank you notes) and holiday cards. Vicki especially enjoys making tropical inspired cards of all types. She believes a handmade card can brighten anyone’s day and make them feel special.
